On the ground
The South West is the busiest coast in Britain and the one people keep going back to.
Cornwall and Devon carry most of the country's summer traffic down two roads, and the lanes off them are hedged high enough that you drive them by ear. Sites fill months ahead for August and sit quiet either side of it. There are no South West notes yet. The first goes up in October.
Plymouth is also a ferry port. The crossings to France and Spain are on the ferry map, with times and sailings.
